Our Purpose
Here at Purpose we offer strength and conditioning group classes with programming that provides powerful and exciting solutions to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Our goal is to allow our members to train consistently without burning out.
Our principles here at Purpose are power, strength and building muscle mass. As we age, all three of these decline and our programming is built around gaining and maintaining these for longevity, and to translate into our everyday lives.
Alongside this, our conditioning sessions are programmed to build aerobic and anaerobic systems, helping you recover between strength sessions, and improve cardiovascular health.
Our programming and gym community is for every day individuals. No matter your age or ability, we will focus on making your workouts safe and enjoyable, making necessary adjustments where you need!
